- Questions regarding use of the software are answered by return email.
- Existing student & fees data, in electronic form, can usually be converted ready to start using SchoolWrite software in your school.
- Data problems are resolved by emailing a zipped copy of data files. Small backups from an easy Menu selection help to maintain security. Backups can be attached to emails or stored on removeable media.
- Hardware and environment problems are identified with a diagnostic text file included in the backup. Whilst the diagnostic gives details of the user's hard disk and operating system, local IT support services are needed to maintain the hardware and network.
