SchoolWrite Reseller program

For resellers and those who set up systems for schools

There is good opportunity for marketing SchoolWrite software, and we welcome reseller participation. We have an attractive reseller program:

  1. Reseller Program: An agreed % off each component sold is retained by the Reseller. The Reseller installs the Registered Students module with the end-user either at the recommended retail price, OR at a value added price set by the reseller. SchoolWrite's standard pricing screen may be suppressed to all users. There is scope here for setting a value-added price, including installation, training, support, hardware, etc.

  2. SchoolWrite installation: SchoolWrite's easy-installation system with demonstration software becoming licensed without further installation, has been developed to open up possiblities for resellers. There are many scenarios:

    • SchoolWrite demonstration software can be distributed freely
    • SchoolWrite CD-ROMs may be copied and distributed freely
    • SchoolWrite Web pages may be copied for presentation purposes

  3. Reseller Payments:The Reseller emails payment (less commission) with end-user's registration name and address details. BBA Software will send the User Registration Key by return email to the Reseller. Payment can be via TT (Bank Telegraphic Transfer), MoneyGram or MasterCard/Visa credit card.

    MasterCard/Visa credit card payments:

      Email credit card number, expiry date and name of card holder to sales@schoolwrite.com
      (see Order page on schoolwrite website for secure method of splitting credit card details)
      (There are no fees paid by the sender with credit card payments)

      (Transfer fees are paid to the Western Union Agent by the sender)

    At the end of each calendar month, an Invoice is emailed from BBA Software to the Reseller, itemising each school registration, and the payment that has been made.

    OR

  4. School Pays direct: The school pays the full amount of the Registration to BBA, via credit card or TT. BBA Software will send User Registration Key by return email to the Reseller. (Note: The Reseller will first email to BBA the end-user's registration name and address details with instructions re payment from school.)

    At the end of each calendar month, a Credit Note is emailed from BBA Software to the Reseller, itemising each school registration, and the payment received. The commission payable to the Reseller is transmitted electronically to a bank account. Note: The Bank should be registered as a SWIFT member bank (ie has a Bank SWIFT code).
