ComponentsSchoolWrite components: SchoolWrite for Windows is multi-user software. The components work together as one, to integrate management functions of the school. The Academic Records component may be installed alone.

- Parents school fees - automatic billing and followup - General Ledger & Bank Rec - Creditors - Staff Payroll

Software Download
To start: Download the software. This is a free download. It installs as a demonstration system with limited file sizes. This becomes the live system when a valid User Registration Key is entered (click on Trial Registration in Main Menu).
For Registered users: Download and install the software. The installation updates your system, changing only the program and not the data.

SchoolWrite program - 10 MB inludes all modules except Payroll
- SchoolWrite Manual (On-line Help File) and spell-checker dictionary are included in this download.

SW Payroll - 4 MB (optional). This separate program is integrated with SchoolWrite General Ledger. Because of the sensitivity of Payroll information, only certain staff members are given access to this program. On-line Help is include in the Payroll download.
