SchoolWrite databases are stored in standard file format which can be read by Microsoft Excel and Access. Report generator software can also access the data, eg Crystal Reports, R&R Report Writer, etc.

Selective export of Students and Subjects

Students details, along with home address and family details, are exported.

Students subjects for the current year are separately exported.

Import into Excel

Exported SchoolWrite data can be sorted and massaged in Excel, in any number of ways.

Students and their details are exported to a comma delimited (ASCII) file. The comma delimited file is read by Excel, and then sorted and printed as needed.
