Billing school fees & charges is automatic.
School fees may be billed at any required interval - eg per month, per term or per annum.
Extra charges may also be billed when required - ie book levies, excursion costs,
boarding fees, fees for special interest groups, etc.

School fees are set for each school year

Basic school fees are set per school year, plus an optional Special Fee
amount for each year. General Ledger account
numbers for each year generate accounting entries.

The automatic billing process is initiated whenever fees and charges are to be billed to
the fees accounts. Extra charges may be billed at any time.
The automatic billing process generates an Audit Trail of transactions.
