- Subjects, marks and details may be viewed for all prior Terms and years whilst the alumni was a student.
- Term Report Cards and Transcripts may be re-printed at any time in the future
- Student positons held whilst at school can be viewed on screen
Alumni mailings
Keeping alumni members in touch with the school
 Current address, phone number and email addresses maintained.
Standard letters are mailed to selected groups, such as alumni years.
Graduating students automatically become Past Students
when graduating from the student body
may be entered and maintained individually
Parents of Past Students may also be included in the alumni list
